What would you like to know about?

What is Chirp?

Chirp is an AI platform built for sales teams. It gives you a team of AI agents that handle meeting prep, follow-ups, CRM updates and pipeline hygiene so your reps can focus on selling and relationships.

How is Chirp different from ChatGPT or CRM plugins?

Chirp isn't a chatbot or a generic AI tool. It's made specifically for the sales function, built by sales people. Chirp understands deal stages, qualification frameworks like MEDDICC and BANT, and works safely across your sales stack to take action, not just give suggestions.

Who is Chirp for?

Chirp is made for B2B sales teams that are juggling too many tools and too little time. SDRs, AEs, RevOps, Founders in sales and Sales Managers all use Chirp to save time and move deals forward unlocking new and missed revenue.

Can I build my own agent?

Yes, in the future. On the Eagle plan, you can create fully custom agents tailored to your sales process, messaging, or niche use case. They can respond to specific triggers or execute chained tasks automatically.

Right now, Chirp has built an out-of-the-box, sales AI agent that's built by sales people because we get the headaches of the long sales cycles and repeatable tasks. While the Eagle plan isn't ready for you to build your own agents, we think what we've got for you to begin with will help you qualify your deals faster, move them along the pipeline and update your admin for you.

Do AI sales agents work in Slack or only in the app?

Chirp’s agents work wherever your team works. That includes Slack, email, your CRM, and even voice input. You don’t need to switch tools to get value.

Can I choose which agent to use?

Yes. You can activate individual agents based on your team’s needs. Whether you want help with research, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, or pipeline scoring, each agent is purpose-built to do one thing well.

Chirp's AI agents also work within your deal flow naturally. We've thought about it in three parts:

1.The pre-meeting agent - meeting-prep, lead research

2.During meeting agent - in real-time battlecards

3.Post meeting agent - CRM updates, follow up emails, follow up meetings booked, proposals generated

Do I need to train the agents myself?

No training needed. Chirp’s agents come pre-trained on proven sales frameworks like MEDDICC and BANT. Chirp is also building our own sales framework for the modern sales team called the Opportunity Score. In the future you'll be able to look at things like deal momentum, risk, psychographics, technographics and beyond.

You can customise the workflows, but they’re useful right out of the box. Overtime, Chirp learns what good looks like in your organisation too and learns your specific sales process.

How is this different from other AI tools?

Most AI tools don't integrate long-term and short-term memory based on your specific deals which means they lack context. Context is what gives your deals consistent enrichment that tells you exactly what to do next to drive momentum and close faster. Chirp’s agents look for context changes consistently, gaps in CRM, or upcoming meetings, then step in automatically to continue to move your deal along or highlight the risk of it falling flat.

What are AI sales agents?

They are digital teammates trained to do sales work - like researching leads, updating CRM, scoring deals, and drafting follow-ups. They act proactively, based on triggers and context from your connected tools. The more tools your connect to Chirp, the more context enrichment the AI gathers to help you close your deals faster or even unlock missed revenue in your pipeline.

What is a flock of agents?

Birdie is just one of many AI agents inside Chirp. Each agent is trained for a different sales task, like prepping meetings, scoring deals, or managing follow-ups. You can use them together or on their own. The agents will intuitively appear when you're working on a deal at a specific point in time. Imagine you're prepping for a meeting, Birdie will be there to help you learn about the lead and the company. Imagine you're just post a meeting, Birdie will be there to debrief with you or summarise your meeting. Or Birdie will help you update your CRM so you don't have to because admin sucks.

Do you charge per user or per deal?

Chirp uses a freemium pricing plan which means you get four active deals to work on within the month. If you want to work on more than four deals with Chirp, that's when we'll ask you to upgrade your account to the Emu plan where you can work on 20 deals in Chirp all at once. You'll always get to try free and you'll always get four free deals.

How do the paid plans differ?
  • Hatchling: Freemium, up to four deals, CRM agent update, calendar booking tool
  • Emu: Up to 20 deals with custom prompts, multi-agent workflows and Slack-based actions
  • Hawk: Up to 50 deals with deal scoring, qualification frameworks and battlecards
  • Eagle: Unlimited deals with relationship insights, dashboards and fully custom AI agents
What’s included in the free plan?

The free Hatchling plan includes up to 4 active deals, unlimited call transcription, a CRM update agent, and deal debrief summaries. It's a great way to try Chirp with real data and no credit card.

Doesn’t HubSpot already automate this?

HubSpot automates fields and tasks, but it doesn’t do the work. Chirp captures meeting context, generates follow-ups, and pushes everything back into HubSpot in real time, so data stays accurate without reps lifting a finger.

We already use an AI note taker. Why do we need Chirp?

Note takers stop at transcripts. Chirp goes further: it surfaces blockers during calls, drafts follow-ups, updates the CRM, and tells you the next best action. It’s an agent that moves deals forward, not a recorder.

Our CRM is already clean. What value does Chirp add?

A “clean” CRM is usually a snapshot from the last pipeline scrub. Chirp keeps every deal fresh continuously, syncing notes, emails, and actions as they happen, so leaders can finally trust pipeline reviews.

Couldn’t reps just use ChatGPT or Zapier for this?

Those are duct-tape hacks. Reps still have to copy-paste, reformat, and risk data leakage. Chirp is purpose-built for sales, runs securely inside your stack, and removes the manual overhead. Think of Chirp as the invisible layer of work, connecting all your context and doing tasks for you.

Can Chirp support different roles on the team?

Yes.
SDR's use Chirp to research leads and capture discovery notes, ready to handover to an AE.
AE's rely on Chirp to stay on top of their pipeline, move deals forward, and keep the CRM updated.
Founders rely on Chirp to manage their sales pipeline end-to-end while the context switch daily from sales to... well everything else.
Sales Managers, CRO's use Chirp to get a clear picture of what’s going on with all of their reps, to forecast accurately and get real-time insights.

What does Birdie do?

Birdie is your AI sales sidekick (Chirp's AI Agent). It gets you ready for calls with smart research, joins meetings to take structured notes, drafts next steps and updates your CRM with the right context. It works quietly in the background and shows up when it matters.

Do I need to change how I work?

No. Birdie connects to the tools you already use like Google Calendar, Hubspot, Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp. It fits into your workflow without asking you to learn something new.

What problems does Chirp solve?

If your CRM is a mess, you've forgotten what you said in your last meeting, follow-ups fall through the cracks, or reps don’t have time to prep before calls, Chirp helps. It handles the admin work so you don’t have to, and gives you real-time insights to help you take the next best action to close your deals faster with more precision.
