Manage your account
Sign in, sign out, notifications, inviting teammates, and how to delete your account.
Signing in
Chirp uses Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. There are no Chirp passwords. Use the same method each time, or you may end up with two separate accounts.
Sign out
Settings → Sign out, then confirm. You need to sign in again to use Birdie.
Notifications
Chirp never turns notifications on by itself. To get them, go to Settings → Notifications → Push notifications. You get a ping for:
- tasks due today,
- a connector that needs reconnecting.
Inviting teammates
Team workspaces are coming soon. For now, Settings → Invite your team shares a download link. Each teammate signs up with their own account and connects their own tools.
Delete your account
- 1
Open Delete account
Go to Settings → Delete account.
- 2
Check what is deleted
This deletes everything Birdie learned about your companies, contacts and deals, your conversation transcripts, your connected accounts and your notification settings.
This stays: anything you already pushed to your CRM stays in your CRM.
- 3
Confirm
Type DELETE, tap Delete my account, then confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you are asked to confirm with Apple again.
:::warning This cannot be undone Deleting your account is permanent. Your connected tools keep their own data, and Chirp's access to them is removed from our side. To also remove Chirp from a tool's own list of connected apps, do it in that tool. :::
If the app says We could not confirm whether your account was deleted, try signing in again. If sign-in no longer works, your account was deleted.
