Ask about your deals
Ask Birdie what your CRM, mailbox, calendar and meeting notes hold, or what the web says about a company.
Your CRM
Name a record and Birdie answers from its current values: stage, budget, close date, who is linked to it, and when it was last contacted. Whatever it finds also goes on screen.
- "What's the close date on the Kestrel deal?"
- "Where's Acme at?"
- "Who's on the Brightwave deal?"
Ask without naming a record and Birdie lists up to five matches and tells you how many there are in total. Say "mine" to see only your own records, not your whole team's.
- "What's in my pipeline?"
- "What's my biggest deal?"
- "Which of my deals close this month?"
- "What am I behind on?"
Past activity
Birdie can read the calls, emails, meetings and notes already logged on a record in your CRM, newest first.
- "What's the latest on Acme?"
- "When did we last speak to Raj?"
- "What did they say about pricing on the Brightwave deal?"
Ask about one account at a time. If a person or company has several deals, Birdie names them and asks which one you mean.
What changed
- "What changed on Acme?"
- "Has anyone touched the Kestrel deal?"
- "Anything changed since last time?"
Birdie tells you what changed and whether each change was yours from Chirp. It does not say which teammate made a change.
With a mailbox connected, Birdie searches it live.
- "Any emails with Lachlan?"
- "Check my email for Profitate."
Calendar
With a calendar connected, Birdie can check a day, the next two weeks, or your meetings with a person.
- "What's on today?"
- "Am I free Thursday afternoon?"
- "When's my next meeting with Acme?"
Meeting notes
With a note-taker connected, Birdie finds a recorded meeting by its name.
- "Pull up the huddle."
- "What did I say in my last Granola meeting?"
Birdie matches on the meeting's name, not on what was said inside it, so use the title or who it was with.
The web
Birdie only searches the web when you ask, or when it found nothing and offered and you said yes.
- "Look Acme up online."
- "Any news about Meridian lately?"
- "Do some background research on Nick."
Birdie tells you where each fact came from. Web results are spoken only. If you confirm who a person is and say yes, Birdie can fill in an empty company or job title from their public profile. It never overwrites a value you already have.
What's on screen
- "What's on my screen?"
- "Read me that contact's details."
