Home
Your meetings, what to debrief, what you owe, and what is ready to push, all on one screen.
Home is the hub of the app. There is no tab bar:
- Swipe right, or tap the menu icon, to open your records.
- Swipe left, or tap your initial, to open Settings.
- Tap Connect tools at the top to manage your connectors.
- Tap Start session at the bottom to talk to Birdie.
Up next
Shows when a calendar is connected.
- The next meeting in the coming 3 days, with its time and how soon it starts, plus a line on what happened last time if Birdie knows.
- Brief me starts a brief for that meeting. While it is running, Listen in has Birdie take notes silently.
- Later today lists the rest of today's meetings.
Is this company a prospect?
When a meeting is with people from a company Birdie does not recognise, it asks Is Acme a prospect? Answer Yes to have those meetings show up for briefs and debriefs, or No to hide them. You can undo a No from the toast.
Debrief
Lists meetings that have ended and that you have not debriefed yet: up to five, plus all of today's.
- Tap a meeting to debrief it, or Debrief to go through them all.
- Tap ✕ to dismiss meetings you will not debrief.
- If you have not connected a note-taker, the card offers Use Granola? so Birdie can start from your meeting notes.
Tasks
The Tasks section holds everything that needs you, with a count at the top.
When everything is done you see You've cleared all your tasks. Pull down to refresh at any time.
