What to say
A cheat sheet of real things reps say to Birdie, grouped by what you are trying to do.
You never need exact wording. These are examples of things that work.
After a meeting
- "Just came off the call with Kestrel, they've pushed the close to November."
- "Move Northwind to negotiation."
- "Budget's confirmed at forty grand."
- "Just met Ryan Chong from MetLife, he's head of procurement."
- "Legal is the blocker."
- "I'll send Priya the deck by Friday."
Before a meeting
- "I'm about to head into a meeting with Timescapes, help me prepare."
- "Give me background on the upcoming Folly meeting."
- "Who's coming to this one?"
Looking things up
- "What's in my pipeline?"
- "Which of my deals close this month?"
- "When did we last speak to Raj?"
- "Any emails with Lachlan?"
- "What's on today?"
- "Look Acme up online."
Getting advice
- "Are we at risk on this one?"
- "Run Kestrel through BANT for me."
- "What's a good next step?"
Writing
- "Write Tom an email saying we'll send the proposal Friday."
Fixing things
- "No, it's thirty-five, not fifty."
- "It's Chong, C H O N G."
- "That's the wrong Acme."
- "Undo that."
- "Take that off."
- "What have I changed?"
Wrapping up
- "That's it." Birdie checks for loose ends, then says goodbye.
- "Gotta go." Birdie ends straight away.
Things Birdie cannot do
- Delete records in your CRM.
- Send emails (it saves drafts).
- Read anything you type or paste. Everything goes by voice.
- Look back at what was said in a past session.
- Understand languages other than English.
